How did your school and parents help you achieve this goal?

>>  My parents and my teachers at Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula motivated me. My parents were always supportive. My teachers were very serious and worked really hard for our studies.

Any simple tips you would like to share for boosting the brain power?

>>  Boosting your brain power mainly consists of improving your concentration, focus, attentiveness etc. For the physical health and a balanced mindset is required. You should stay calm and should understand the topics deeply so that your concepts are clear.

Can you guide others on how to manage priorities and create a balance in life?

>>  Prioritizing your work is really very important. If at all you have some hobbies or do some other co-curricular activities you should know how to maintain a balance between them and that too according to their necessity.

How did you overcome exam related stress and anxiety? What were your stress busters?

>>  Before our board exams we had already given so many mock tests and various exams that there was no sense of stress or anxiety on our board exam day. Stress is felt when you think that you are not prepared well, so just remain confident and believe in yourself. My stress busters during preparation were listening to music and playing badminton.

Students find hard it to concentrate. Any tips on the same?

>>  You can go for meditation to improve your concentration. As, it is very important to concentrate while writing your exams to avoid silly mistakes.

How did you ensure that you stayed motivated and confident?

>>  Overconfidence and under confidence both can affect your results. So to maintain optimum confidence you should know your strength and weakness and improve upon them.

How did you ensure that you are able to remember and recall what you have studied?

>>  I never memorized my subjects except certain topics in Social Science. You should understand the basic concepts otherwise regular practice would help.

How do you deal with clutter and organize your stuff?

>>  My stuff always remained organized as it affects your state of mind. An organized environment helps you focus and remain calm in every situation. In case of my exam preparation I made a list of all the topics I had to cover (Basically a check list) and worked according to that.

Can you share a few study techniques and tips that you followed?

>>  I believe in following a time table and restrain myself from studying for long hours. I used to watch television or work on my laptop but within certain time limits. Your physical health is very important so you should practice some sports activities too.

Any specific things you kept in your mind while giving exams?

>>  Your answer sheet should be presentable with good handwriting and organized answers, that is really important.
